welcome to sweet tooth strength club where fitness is about
Building Strength,
Not Shrinking.
Sweet Tooth Strength is a different kind of training experience.
Here, we move away from toxic fitness culture and towards empowerment, education, and confidence. Whether you’re new to strength training or an experienced lifter looking to refine your skills, I’ll help you build a foundation that supports your goals in a way that feels sustainable, enjoyable, and joyful!
Does this sound Familiar?
You've tried working out on your own but aren't sure if you're doing “the right thing” or making progress.
You've felt excluded or nervous in mainstream fitness spaces and are ready to lift in a more welcoming space.
You feel discouraged by rampant diet culture in the fitness industry and are finally ready to focus on strength gains, NOT the scale.
Sweet Tooth Strength offers a shame-free training approach centered on you learning what's best for your body. I believe exercise shouldn't be about punishing yourself.
Fitness should be about celebrating your body.
That's why I built Sweet Tooth Strength.
Meet Your Coach
I'm Rose, and I help folks get stronger and develop a healthier relationship with exercise and food.
I’ve been working in the fitness industry since 2013, and have done it all. From powerlifting to step aerobics, I’ve witnessed firsthand the transformative power of exercise and movement. I’ve also witnessed how dangerous the fitness industry can be. Whether it's perpetuating unrealistic body standards, normalizing unhealthy relationships with food, or encouraging overexercising, this industry can do a lot of damage to our bodies and minds in our pursuit of getting healthier.
But there’s a better way. My mission is to help you embrace movement as something holistic, joyful, empowering, and sustainable - celebrating what your body can do, not punishing it for what it isn’t.
